The following breads and pastries are made to order using only high quality natural and non-gmo ingredients levain (French Sourdough). Chef Ravi uses a natural preferment called Sourdough Liquide (in French) in most of his hand-crafted specialty breads. Adding natural sourdough improves the flavor, texture and shelf life of the bread. Besides, it is also very healthy.
